Netcare
The Netcare Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital opened its doors On December 6, 2016 to patients in its new home, a custom-designed 16-storey facility on Cape Town’s foreshore incorporating state-of-the-art technology.
Silo Museum / Hotel
The award-winning Museum welcomed over 350 000 visitors through its grand doors in its inaugural year. When it opened everyone was invited to experience the largest exhibition of African art in the world
Silo 3 and Silo 4
Situated on Silo Square, with spectacular view lines across the City and Table Mountain, the 79 sectional title-unit development has sustainability at its core whilst ensuring the highest level of comfort for its residents.
The Yacht
The Yacht Club is the iconic new mixed-use development in the vibrant harbour at the gateway to the Waterfront. The east block occupation took place on the 16th of July 2018 and the west block is taking occupation mid-October 2018.

This Netcare project includes for the design, construction and fit out of 6 floors of the old “Chevron Building”, which links into the new Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital.
Checkers Constantia
Cape Town’s upmarket suburb of Constantia R250-million shopping centre is a three-storey shopping centre, anchored by a Shoprite-Checkers supermarket and has a new road into the centre’s 427-bay parking area.
P3 Century City
The recently-completed P3 in the Bridgeway Precinct at Century City provides parking for an additional 324 vehicles. P3 is between Virgin Active and Hillsong Church, close to the Century City Conference Centre, Century City hotel and various Bluechip office tenants.
Tieties Bay

Palme Vue
Palme Vue is the sixth and final block of apartments in the Oasis Luxury Retirement Resort at Century City.Apartments, which range in size from 94sqm to 247sqm. The 11-storey building comprising 42 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
